Delivery Commitment

Our commitment is to ensure swift delivery of your customized eyewear. From order verification to processing and shipping, we aim to provide a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Shipping Method

All orders are processed and shipped within 20 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. We offer free standard shipping for all orders.

Order Processing

Processing your order involves meticulous tasks such as lens cutting, frame adjusting, and quality checking. Typically, it takes 7-8 business days for order processing. For customized lenses, especially those with a CYL value, an additional 7-8 days may be required. Please note that this timeframe excludes weekends and holidays. Once processing has begun, changes or cancellations become challenging, but we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Time Calculation

Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses outside the United States.
